Welcome to Glimmerhold Artistry. By purchasing from or using this shop, you agree to the terms below.

Products and Artwork

Glimmerhold Artistry offers original artwork, art prints, fused glass jewelry, stained glass pieces, and other handmade goods.

Because many of my products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade artwork and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear somewhat different depending on your monitor or device.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are subject to availability and may be canceled or refunded if an item becomes unavailable or an error occurs in the listing or pricing.

Payment is processed securely through the payment services available through Big Cartel. Glimmerhold Artistry does not directly store your full payment card information.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

I reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or product descriptions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been delivered to the carrier, shipping delays or circumstances outside my control may occasionally occur. If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to my Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, illustrations, designs, product names, written content, and other creative material associated with Glimmerhold Artistry are the property of Glimmerhold Artistry and/or Zoë Marguerite unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

You may enjoy and display your purchased artwork for personal use, but you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or commercially use my artwork without written permission.

Handmade and Custom Work

For custom or personalized pieces, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, names, dates, images, or other materials required to complete the work.

Custom orders may be subject to additional terms communicated and agreed upon before the work begins.

Third-Party Services

This shop uses third-party services to process payments, operate the online store, fulfill certain products, and ship orders. These services may have their own terms and policies.

Products fulfilled through third-party services such as Printify may be subject to that provider's production and fulfillment processes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glimmerhold Artistry is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside my reasonable control, including carrier delays, delivery interruptions, website outages, or other events beyond my control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as my shop, products, or policies change.

The current version will be posted on this website, along with its effective date.
