If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and I’ll absolutely make it right with a replacement (if available) or a refund.

At this time, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Size or fit preferences
Slight color differences due to screen settings
Normal wear over time

Once your order has shipped, Glimmerhold Artistry cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages—but I’m always happy to help you contact the carrier if something goes wrong.
